the black eye skull does is your sheilds want recard unless u kill a enemy by hiting it it could rach to overshield

no you can also get the…Sputnik skull on Quarentine Zone which is definetly the easiest and i think the most useful
lol when i found this skull i went all around the island i din’t no that you could go over the big library building cuz i kept hitting barriers
