How do i stop my Nokia phone beeping after every message sent?

I bought just a slide black Nokia cell phone (do not remember the model number) and after sending a message that makes a noise, I thought it would be a delivery report, so I switched from the delivery of reports and their still beep after each message? After sending a message that comes with the balance and “Service Response” above. I changed the message service to “off” and every shade in front, but it still does.
