Can a plasma tv become damaged due to overheating?
I have a 42 inch Philips plasma TV and I noticed it runs very hot. Is this TV built to withstand heat and is it safe to continue using the TV when its really hot?

Plasmas are hot. . . . Such is the nature of the bête.Tant that you do not place the TV in an area where part of the plasma unit can be subjected to extreme cold. . . . . . you should be ok. . . . I would not see him near a door to the outside. . . . And yes. . . . . it is safe to use when it’s hot. . . . . .
